Miranda Lambert’s eagerly awaited 10th collection, Postcards From Texas, is formally out today (Sept. 13).
The 14-melody project denotes the Grammy-grant winning craftsman’s most memorable delivery since marking with Republic Records recently and was recorded at Austin’s Arlyn Recording Studios.
Lambert collaborated with maker Jon Randall to create the collection, which offers a brief look into Lambert’s reflective side with tunes that investigate subjects of adoration, tragedy, and strength.
The collection was reviewed with the romping “Wranglers” and the shameless “Darn it all, Randy,” while the most recent single, “Divorce settlement,” co-composed with Shane McAnally and Natalie Hemby, serves up a dancefloor-prepared mix that grandstands Lambert’s capacity to blend backtalk in with deep narrating.
